In order to better service the Halton-Peel Region, Lynn and Morris Mercanti have geographically positioned Carmen’s to a more central location with the Grand Opening of the Oakville Conference and Banquet Centre. This 34 000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located at the intersections of Bronte Road & the QEW between Niagara and Greater Toronto. This is an ideal location for all occasions, accommodating from 25 to 1000 guests with a total of 7 banquet and conference rooms. It is equipped with cutting edge audiovisual services, soundproofing, V.I.P. Executive Suites, 20-foot ceilings, outdoor landscaped gardens and a beautiful gazebo. Adjacent to the Oakville Conference & Banquet Center is the Holiday Inn Select Hotel and Suites, perfect for any out-of-town guests, with a direct walkway to the facilities.

Carmen’s takes great pride in the special events we have had the pleasure of hosting for various political celebrities such as Margaret Thatcher, Jean Cretien and Bill Clinton, as well as other famous groups like the Rolling Stones and Toronto Blue Jays.
